Rapper/ actor TI aka Clifford Harris will be followed by a camera crew during the remainder of his house arrest for a new reality documentary series that will air on MTV in the spring of 2009. The show, still untitled, will follow TI as he completes the remainder of his community service and also gears up for the release of his new album "Paper Trail", which was inspired mostly by his latest legal troubles. TI is scheduled to report to prison to serve a one year and one day jail sentence because of gun charges he plead guilty to earlier this year. Right now, the reality show is slated for 8 episodes. I'm also assuming the camera crew will be along for TI's promo tour he will begin June 6th in Washington, D.C. (source)

Flavor of Love Ends; VH1 "I Love New York " Spinoff in the Works

So Flavor of Love will not be returning for a fourth season on VH1. Flavor Flav ended the third season of the hit reality show by proposing to his youngest son's mother Liz. Flavor Flav says that after three seasons and all of the 65 women he has met on the show, none of them displayed the qualities that his son Karma's mother has. Thing 2 and Flavor hadn't seen each other for 6 months after the show's finale and were reunited last week for the reunion show, which is where Flav proposed to Liz.







With all of the spinoffs that have come because of the success of Flavor of Love, I'm sure VH1 will capitalize off of this proposal by doing a new reality show with Flav and his fiance'. Or could it be that Flav ended the show with a proposal because VH1 decided not to renew the show for fourth season?!?!? There were once rumors that Flav was demanding more money than VH1 was willing to give..... Hmmmm...... Who knows!!!! I do know that I received an email last week for a casting call here in Atlanta for a spinoff of "I Love New York" that eluded to the fact that the spinoff would be starring Chance. Camu Tao (//www.myspace.com/camuturbo) from Columbus, Ohio passed away earlier today due to complications from an ongoing bought with lung cancer. Camu was crucial in putting Columbus on the map with his brilliant, futuristic production, and in the pocket off-kilter flow as shown with the MHz, SA Smash, and the Weathermen as well as his solo work. Tero Smith aka Camu Tao was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 years ago and had been undergoing chemotherapy. Tao was pronounced dead at a Columbus, OH hospital.
Tao was a member of Columbus, Ohio's MHz crew with Copywrite, RJD2, Jakki Tha MotaMouth & Tage Proto, The Nighthawks with fellow Definitive Jux artist Cage, the Weathermen and the duo S.A. Smash.

Today, at around 2pm, our dear friend, family member and musical collaborator Tero "CAMU TAO" Smith passed away in his home town of Columbus, Ohio. Tero had been quietly fighting for his life for the last year and a half after being diagnosed with lung cancer.

To those who knew Tero, he was an almost uncategorizable force of nature. Wild, hilarious, proud, loving, tough, outspoken, spontaneous and brilliant. He wore his heart on his sleeve and he dripped creativity, leaving inspiration and awe in the hearts and minds of anyone who was fortunate enough to see him work.

We, his friends and family, have truly had our collective hearts broken by his passing. Not only because of the loss of our friend, but because of the loss of his contribution to those who never knew what we knew about his talent and his potential. He was the secret that no one wanted to keep and we always knew that one day his vision and his heart could change music forever the way he changed all of our lives.

His departure from us all 1 month away from his 31st birthday is nothing less than a tragedy… nothing less than a crime. he was a gift to us all and he is irreplaceable. Rest in peace, Mu. We will love you forever. May god bless you and your family.

I remember Camu back from when I was in high school. I haven't seen him in years but when a person has such an infectious, wonderful personality, they are very easy to remember. I alwyas remember him smiling and having a good time and just always being surrounded by good folks who shared the same love of real hip-hop as he did. I also remember Camu always rocking the flyest ish. His style and swag were all his own- even back then (about 10 years ago) when I didn't even know what "swag" was!!!! R.I.P. Camu. You will truly be missed. My condolences go out to his friends, family, and the members of his crew.

Dipset Associate Featured on America's Most Wanted

Per Superior News: An associate of rap troupe THE DIPLOMATS made an unwanted TV appearance in America over the weekend when he was featured on crime show AMERICA'S MOST WANTED.

Carlos Thompson, 32, is wanted by authorities in New York for his alleged involvement in the murder of a Harlem teenager. The bodyguard and crew member is accused of giving 13-year-old L'Mani Delima a gun and ordering him to shoot fellow teen Phoenix Garrett, for selling The Diplomats CDs illegally.

Delima reportedly shot Garrett five times in what New York police officials are calling a "contract hit." A nationwide manhunt is now underway for Thompson, following the alert on America's Most Wanted on Saturday. The dead teen's father, James Garrett, appeared on the TV show, revealing he has been left broken hearted by his son's death. Delima has already been convicted of Garrett's murder and will be sentenced next month.

What's crazy is I haven't watched America's Most Wanted in I don't know how many years but I tuned in on Saturday night- due to learning that someone I know (not Carlos Thompson) was featured on their website and would possibly be featured on the show!!! Sad sad story but I am definitely hooked to this show now!!!! AMW is definitely NOT the place to make your "star tv appearance"!!!! Much love to the homie facing 147 years.................... It's crazy how police/website will portray people "armed and extremely dangerous" but you know in your heart that they are the coolest folks in the world?!!??!!?!? Go figure

Xzibit Suffers a Great Loss

We here at StyleRazzi extend our sincere condolences to rapper/ actor Xzibit and his family. Xzibit lost his new born son Xavier Kingston Joiner yesterday morning. Chirs & Rihanna Plan Duet and Kim K Preggers?!?!?!

From Panache Report (one of my FAVORITE sites in the world!!!!): R&B star Rihanna is planning a duet with her singer boyfriend Chris Brown. The pair has been dating since earlier this year-a romance they have yet to discuss in public, despite being spotted vacationing together and kissing and cuddling in a Miami, Florida fast food restaurant earlier this month. Now friends say the R&B duo are planning to record a track together-with some help from Rihanna's mentor Jay-Z. "Rihanna is impressed with Chris' voice. It was a natural step for her to say, 'Let's do a duet.' "She's asking Jay-Z to look around for a beat for the two of them, something sexy and snazzy."

Hopefully it will sound better than when Chris just went and added his vocals to the "Umbrella" remix singing "You can be my Cinderella- ella- ella..........". I still loathe that song to this day!!!!

In other Hollywood couple news reported on Panache Report, Kim K is allegedly preggers by Reggie Bush!!!!! (her fan club Bossip.com hasn't reported it yet so I will wait for them to confirm or deny). But, this may explain her lack of tight fit clothing when she hosted a party at Pure nightclub in Atlanta the other night, with Reggie Bush in tow. I wonder if anyone saw her sipping on some bubbly?!?!? Sandra Rose has the photos from the event.

I guess Kim's skirt wasn't too snug but that top is about to BUST OPEN!!!!!!! And we won't even begin to once again talk about how Mr. Bush has lost his swag!!!! I'm about to start watching the MLB!!!! These football and basketball players just don't do it for me anymore.

Kanye and Common Getting Sued

From That'sHipHop: Kanye West, Common, Method Man & Redman, and their respective labels are being sued by the daughter of late jazz musician Joe Farrell for appropriating a sample from one of his records without permission. Kathleen Firrantello, Farrell’s daughter, is the rappers for using a sample from Farrell’s "Upon This Rock." Also named in the suit are the rappers’ labels, all part of Universal Music Group. The sample allegedly appears in the Kanye’s "Gone," Common’s "Chi-Town" and Method Man and Redman’s "Run for Cover." Firrantello is seeking a million dollars in damages and an injunction against additional copies of the song being sold or performed.

2009 Chanel Cruise Collection

Shoutout to my homie Meli in Miami. She sent over this photo of these FIERCE shoes from the 2009 Chanel Cruise Collection. The show went down a few weeks ago at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami and the entire collection is to die for.

Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld was inspired by an image of a gun he saw and gave the image to a Chanel shoe designer and they came up with this "Miami Vice" shoe. A release date and price hasn't been listed but I'm sure they will be wayyyy out of my price range. I will have to wait for Michael Antonio to design a pair for under $39.99!!!!!

Osi's Strike 4 A Cure

Make Plays for Africa Foundation in conjunction with Strike 4 a Cure Charity Weekend, spearheaded by NY Giant's Osi Umenyiora, is dedicated to inspiring hope and providing economic resources to researchers in the quest to find a cure for HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer's disease. The big event went down in Atlanta over the weekend and helped raise tens of thousands for the foundation.

The who's who of Atlanta showed up to support the 2nd annual Strike 4 a Cure Black Tie Affair raising over $40,000 towards the cause. Athletes from far and wide then laced up and greased their bowling balls to assist with striking out a cure for 2 detrimental diseases with special guests including Lloyd and more at 300 Bowling Alley. All proceeds from "STRIKE 4 A CURE" will help support Alzheimer's and Aids Education Services for Minorities

Usher’s pre-taped, edited performance for the Dancing with the Stars finale may look seamless, but what happened behind the scenes at the singer’s May 13th, taping left host Tom Bergeron and company scratching their heads–and scrambling to set up for the live show.

First, the 29-year-old singer arrived late, throwing the entire production behind schedule. Then, while appearing to lip-synch two songs—"Yeah!" and "Love in This Club"—he fell out of step with his choreography, turning the wrong way once and losing his mic a second time. With each mistake he walked offstage.

"He was ridiculous," a source tells People Magazine "Such a diva."

Spike Lee To Make A Movie About Michael Jordan

Spike Lee recently filmed a documentary on Kobe Bryant called "A Day In the Life of Kobe Bryant" for ESPN, and now he’s ready to focus on the NBA's GREATEST!!!! Lee is gearing up to make a feautre-length documentary about Michael Jordan!!!! He wants to bring it to next's years Cannes film festival in France.

The documentary is said to include unseen footage of Michael Jordan during his last two NBA pro seasons in 2001-02 and 2002-03. All of the footage was caputred by NBA cameras!!!!! I can't wait for this. Though I didn't see Lee's documentary on Kobe, and have no desire to see it, I love MJ and would love to see how Spike Lee portrays this NBA great on film!!!! (source)

Rihanna's Big Screen Debut

Rihanna is set to make her big screen debut in the movie adaptation of Iceberg Slim's novel "Mama Black Widow"!!!!! The film lists a big line up of other major stars including Kerry Washington, Anthony Anderson, Mos Def and Macy Gray, Brian J White and more.

Here is the IMBD synopsis: Mama Black Widow is the portrait of a black family's migration from the southern Mississippi cotton picking fields of the segregated south to the ghettoized black underworld of Chicago during the 1930's. The story follows Otis Tilson's (played by Brian J White) struggle to keep his family together as they navigate through a world of alcoholism, homosexuality, pimping, sexual deviation and racial degradation. Told in the gut level language of the original novel by Iceberg Slim, the family's journey is a harsh testament of lives lived on the margins of a racist and predatory world.

Rihanna will play a character named Carol, who in the book falls in love with the wrong type of man and its create tragic results. At this time, the movie doesn't have a release date but it is currently in production. From what I can tell by reading a review of the book, this story is amazing and the movie should be incredible!!!!!

Sorry for the lack of posts yall but when "The Man" has your nuts in a noose and bloggin is simply hobby and not a full time gig- YALL KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!!! I've been getting trained for the past 2 days and really re-questioning if this real job ish is really worth the lack of pay I receive each couple of weeks that I get my paycheck!!!!! It's hard to concentrate when all you can do in class is think of what else you SHOULD'VE done with your life!!!! Especially when the most basic information is Rocket Science to everyone else in the class except for me!!!!



Don't yall hate those folks who have a million and one questions but then they don't write down the answer so the next time the topic comes up they are asking those SAME F-ING QUESTIONS AGAIN!!!!!!??!?!?!? Or the one who continually SCREWS UP on their work but all of a sudden in training they know EVERYTHING about the job?!!!!?!?!? Well, if you know so much then why am I always correcting your work and staying late to fix your F-ups?!?!? Trust me, I could go on and on about these lames I work with (it's only 2 that really get under my skin, honestly) but I don't want to bore yall. Nas is No Longer "N~GGER"

Hip-hop artist Nas has decided to change the title of his new album from N----- to simply Nas. This after the artist has received so much controversy over the original title from his record label, fans, and the like.

From Entertainment Weekly: In a statement, Nas clarified that he considers his new album untitled, adding: "It's important to me that this album gets to the fans. It’s been a long time coming. I want my fans to know that, creatively and lyrically, they can expect the same content and the same messages. It's that important. The streets have been waiting for this for a long time. The people will always know what the real title of this album is and what to call it." The album is due in stores on July 1st

So the BIG story all over the blogs today is the alleged sex tape featuring Wendy Williams' husband Kevin Hunter and some anonymous woman. I've seen the still shots over at Necole B (which is where I got the shot above) but I haven't watched the video. I can also believe it's safe to say that even the folks over at The Wendy Williams Experience are trying to do their detective work to see how the tape was leaked and figure out who may have leaked it.




Many people are saying that the tape looks old. Wendy knows her husband cheated in the past so could this possibly be a tape with Big Kev and the woman Wendy already knows about?!?!? Only Wendy herself would know for sure. I'm SURE, if she is like any normal woman, she knows when Big Kev got that shirt he is wearing above and, with that evidence, she can create her own personal timeline of when the video was made!!!!!



Personally, I think the whole situation with Nicole (Wendy's talent booker) was too much to handle and Wendy is looking for a way out ASAP!!!!! Could she have maybe leaked the video herself to divert attention away from Kev supposedly sexually harassing Nicole and use this new video as her reason to call it quits?!?!?!?! Who Knows!!! I definitely wouldn't put it past her. All I can say is I HOPE SHE MADE HIM SIGN A PRENUP!!!!!!! We all know who REALLY brings home the bread in that house.
