Now that her 15 minutes is winding down and she has shed all the sexy off of Reggie Bush, Kim K is publicity stuntin' again. Word is that the chick is considering getting "Butt Insurance"!!!! Amerie and Rihanna both have their legs insured so, since Kim's @ss has become her assett, it's only right for her to get it insured right????
