Juvenile Doesn't Attend Daughter's Funeral

Juvenile's 4 year old daughter Jelani Deleston was laid to rest this past Saturday in James Island, South Carolina along with her mother Joy Deleston and older sister Micaiah. The 3 were alledgedly murdered by son/brother 17 year old Anthony Tyrone Terrell JR. It's being reported that rapper Juvenile didn't attend his daughter's funeral because he didn't want to take the attention away from his daughter's ceremony. I guess he felt as though the media would be following him around and not focusing on the little life, as well as the other lives, that were lost.

To me, that sounds like a bunch of BS. From what I hear, it was a private ceremony. It's not like the media would have been INSIDE of the funeral. The may have been outside and all he had to do was walk in/out with a hat and glasses on and avoided the media. Media folks were going to be there REGARDLESS just because of the shock and devastation this murder has caused around the nation. Juvenile is a PUNK!!!!! He showed that by not standing up for his responsibilites and having to be arrested and taken to court and be ORDERED to pay child support for the little girl. He further showed his PUNK-@SS-NESS by not attending the funeral to pay his respects for the woman that had his child and was holding down her home and raising 3 children by herself, paying last respects to his own child, and Macaiah. If anything, he should've released a statement saying he didn't attend the funeral because of whatever other reason other than the media being there. If he would have revised his statement to not sound so selfish and self-centered, maybe people, like myself, wouldn't be in such an uproar about him not attending.

Plus, who still listens to Juve?!!?!?!? When did Juve have a hit in the past few years?!?!?!?! What type of star staus is Juve on right now where the media would follow his @ss around?!?!?!?! I'm not going to pass judgement on this man b/c I don't know what is going on in his head. I'm sure he feels like the piece of ISH he is for not supportin gthe baby girl in the first place and now not attending her funeral services. I hope, at least, he did what he has been doing and provided FINANCIAL SUPPORT so the family can be laid to rest in the most beautiful home going service possible. I have 3 words for Juvenile, so in the words of Joe Clark reminded to me by a homegirl of mine that was watching Lean On Me last night- Juvenile, KILL YOURSELF EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!!!!!

As a closing note, REST IN PEACE JOY, MACAIAH, and JELANI. Our prayers remain with the family and friends of the victims at this time.
