I have seen MANY photos of "Gaymon" and with each photo all I can do is smile!!!!!!!! http://www.crunktastical.blogspot.com/ always has the BEST photos of Gaymon and this is definitely another one to add to the collection. Someone needs to call Tyra and tell her to fire MISS JAY ASAP because Gaymon is killing him softly!!!!! Let this be the reason I snatch my son's lil @ss up outta his shoes on the daily!!!!

Celebrity Stylist: Part 2

Today, we continue with our Celebrity Stylist series. This is just as much fun as when I used to dress my Barbie Dolls!!!!!!! LOL!!!!! (I'm so CORNY!!!) Anyway, check out today's fabulous ladies and make sure you check back next week as we dress the "expecting"!!!!!!

Ashanti has been looking absolutely amazing recently. She has been spotted in the tight satin dresses a lot recently so I would stick with that same concept but add the IT color mix of the fall- Black and White. I think she would look great in this Zebra Print Sexy Cocktail Dress by Dina Bar-el. Pair it with these Christian Louboutin Fox Trot Pumps and some fabulous diamond accessories and she would be ready for any movie premiere or album release.

Gabrielle Union is the only celebrity that always looks FLAWLESS!!!!! Her reputation has come in question a lot in the past few weeks but her sense of style can never be doubted. Gabrielle would look utterly fabulous in this Taupe Flower Corsage Cocktail Dress by ABS. The color of the dress on her glowing brown skin is what would make this look FIYAH!!!! Finding the perfect shoes for this outfit was a bit of a challenge but i think the Givenchy Helmut Gold #574936 would be perfect.

Mary J Blige always looks like a million-plus! She can put on damn near anything and make it look great. I picked a look that I felt only Mary could get away with. I love this Cream Turtleneck Sweater Dress by Tara Jarmon. Something about the dress reminds me of the early 80’s. I would add that new millennium touch by pairing the dress with the Cesare Paciotti #134810C. Best believe these pumps are going on my wish list too J I would just add some tiered pearl earrings with this look and maybe an over-sized opal ring. The shoes are so busy that I wouldn’t want to draw any attention away from them with adding too many unnecessary accessories.

King Magazine 5th Anniversary

King Magazine recently held it's 5th Anniversary Party at Stereo in NYC. It was hosted by WACK-SI. I see she wa sjust as tired as we were of the mess of a bob haircut that she had so she threw the tracks back in. She still looks a HAM. Video Vixen Angel aka Lola Luv was in the building. I wonder why she didn't host? I'm sure her cover sold wayyyy more than Wack-si. Also in attendance were Irv Gotti, Quentin Richardson, Alesha Renee, Terrance (Wack-si's other wack half), J. Keyshia Cole: Jeezy or not?!?!?

Rumors have been swirling the internet and radio regarding Keyshia Cole's relationship with Young Jeezy. In a recent Essence magazine interview, Keyshia discussed how she was engaged and had to break it all off and then she saw the guy with another female and tried to "rip the girl's head off". Everyone automatically assumed she was speaking about Young Jeezy but he has denied that and states he doesn't know who she is talking about but it ISN'T him. Initially I thought Jeezy was trying to shift story so women wouldn't be upset that he broke KeyKey's heart but, after taking a listen to her first cd "The Way It Is", I am lead to believe he is actually telling the truth.

One song in particular, "You've Changed", is what makes me believe it is another man she is talking about. The lyrics of the song states that she "packed up all my things, left the engagement ring, because from the looks of things I can't do this". Sandra Rose ( www.sandrarosenews.blogspot.com) has a great soap opera like story regarding Keyshia, Jeezy, another woman and an incident that took place at Spondivits in Atlanta. Though it is definitely true that Keyshia and Jeezy dated, I now doubt that he is the only one she is speaking about during the Essence Interview. Personally, I feel like she deserves better than Jeezy any d@mn way. I would love to see Keyshia with someone not even in the industry limelight..........................

As we all know, when you work in Corporate America there are all types of email that get forwarded and spammed all day long. Most of them are junk mail but sometimes there is that one email that will just brighten your whole day!!!!! Today, I received one of those emails!!!! It was titled "Chocolate Treats" and, though all of the treats seemed a bit more sour than sweet, there was one that I couldn't just keep to myself. I had to share it with those that share my same "sweet tooth" for butter pecan!!!!!!!! I don't know who this brotha is but I would like to take a moment to thank his momma and his daddy........................

Don't TWEEZE Me!!!!!!!!!

Whoever said "It hurts to be beautiful" ain’t NEVER lied!!!!!!! There are a few focal points on the face of a woman- the teeth, the lips, the cheekbones, the eyes, and the eyebrows. You get your teeth whitened, pucker your lips to add the ‘glossiest’ gloss, highlight the cheekbones with some rouge blush, throw some mascara on those lashes to accentuate the eyes, and then…………… BOOM- it all explodes at the eyebrows. Overly bushy and extra thin brows are seriously out-dated. Just like a the mustache, or lack there-of, shapes and defines a man’s face, a woman’s brow affects the look of the eye and helps to define the face. I have seen my fair share of beautiful brows as well as those brows that need a little more attention and, while being overly critical of the less fortunate, I decided that it was time for me to give my own eyebrows a much needed make-over.

Though it was almost damn near impossible, I suffered through the past 2 months allowing my brows to grow out and regain their natural shape. I found myself looking a lot like Ashanti when she first hit the urban scene- A HOT EXTRA THICK UNIBROW MESS!!!!!! Why would I suffer in eyebrow hell you ask? I put myself through this torture in order to experience what I heard was the absolute BEST way to achieve the perfect brow!!!!!!!

From thick to thin to penciled-in, women’s brows come in all types of shapes, sizes, and colors. Curved, angled, arched, round and flat- no matter what your preferred shape we are going to examine the 3 most popular methods to achieve the most beautiful brow so that you can choose what’s right for you. We will also disclose the method I just tried and absolutely fell in love with.

*Waxing- Eyebrow waxing is probably the most popular of the 3 techniques we are examining. In this method, a thin layer of heated wax is applied in the direction of hair growth. A strip is then applied on the wax and then the strip is pulled with force against the hair growth until the desired brow is achieved. (estimated time- 5 minutes)

*Threading- Threading is an ancient Asian technique that has been practiced for centuries. In this method, the skin above and below the eyebrow is stretched by the client to make hair removal easier for the practitioner. The practitioner holds one end of the cotton thread in their mouth and forms a loop with the thread. The thread is then twisted and pulled, acting as a lasso as it pulls the hair directly from the root. (estimated time- 15 minutes)

*Tweezing- With this method, as with the others, the client lays back in a chair. The practitioner uses an eyebrow shaping pencil to draw the desired shape. The brows are brushed and a towel moistened in hot water is placed over the brow for 5 minutes to open the pores. Tweezers are then used to pluck each individual eyebrow hair strand by strand. (estimated time varies- approx 20-30 minutes)

So, which method did I choose to try?!?!? THREADING!!!!!!! Let me tell you the ish hurt like HELL!!!!!!!! I have a total of 6 tattoos and 14 piercing and the pain I felt while getting those was minimal to getting my brows threaded. I have also experienced multiple bikini waxes and I still didn’t tear up as much as I did while getting threaded!!!! In the end, the pain was definitely well worth it. My brows look phenomenal- natural and with make-up!!!! I LOVE my new brows and would recommend threading to anyone who has a high tolerance for pain or an even higher tolerance for doing whatever it takes to be beautiful. Threading is also great for those with sensitive skin who are unable to get their brows waxed. If you would like to try this method, check out the local Indian owned/operated salons in your area. Even though prices for all 3 methods are very reasonable and vary by region and practitioner, I paid a mere $5 for my priceless celebrity-looking brows and I will be suffering through the pain again in 4 weeks!!!!!!

The 3 Kings of the South are UNTOUCHABLE

Was browsing over at YBF and saw a few snippets from TI's Untouchables party last night so I decided to make my way over to www.ozonemag.com to check out more of the official pjotos from the after-party held at Club Crucial. As you can see, it was definitely going all the way DOWN!!!!!!! TI's parties are always the best and last night looked to be no exception. Some can say what they want but I appreciate themed parties and it looks to me like TI celebrated his birthday in the company of friends, family, and loved ones. Tiny is a BAD bish and any man I know would love for her to the Bonnie to his Clyde...........


Remember these photos are at the AFTERPARTY, which takes place "after the party" meaning about 3 or 4 am so the only question I have is "BOY, WHERE IS YO MAMA?!?!?!?!?"

Jeezy is also having a birthday party at the Compound and a private concert/hanger party featuring Jay-Z. If yall remember, last year Jeezy had a hanger party that was a big success. what's unique about the party is that it is held inside an airplane hanger at oneof the airports here in ATL. his clothing release/store opening party will also be on Saturday as well!!!!!! 8732=USDA

Mayweather... "The New Dancing Machine"

I'm at a loss for Words!!! Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather has joined the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" this season. Is this the same guy that runs with 50 cent and talks all that ish!! Now you're on Dancing with the Stars? "Pretty Boy's" swagger has definitely been "JACKED" after seeing him dance he lost all his cool points and has become a "Dancing Machine!" literally. I couldn't believe it!!! HE LOOKS RIDICULOUS IN THAT SUIT. Dancing all over the place. He seems to be a crowd/judge favorite. You be the judge!!!!!!!

StyleRazzi: Celebrity Stylist

Have you ever looked at a celeb and wondered what they would look like if YOU were given the opportunity to dress them? I do it all of the time but over the weekend I finally took the time to select some wonderful outfits and pair them up with some of our favorite urban ladies!!!!! During the rest of this week and early next week, ee are going to take a look at some of the hottest female celebs and how I would dress them if I had the chance.

Keyshia Cole is my favorite!!!! I have always been a fan of her style and, now that she has upped her fab game to the max, she is unstoppable. Keyshia would look wonderful in this white Organza Sleeve Mini Ivory Dress by ABS. I think white compliments her skin and new blonde haircut very well. Paired with these Moschino Black and White Open-Toe Pumps and some over-sized black pearl accessories, I believe Keyshia would shut down any event she showcased this look at.

Alicia Keys was one of StyleRazzi’s picks for Best Dressed of the Year. Her style has had a major upgrade since she burst onto the music scene. I picked the Burn Out Velvet Mini Dress by ABS. The ankle bootie is the IT shoe of the fall so I would put her in theMoschino Open Toe Patent Bootie and change the color of the ribbon in the shoes to match the pink ribbon on the dress. I’ve never really seen Alicia in the mini dress/boot combo so I would love to see if she could pull it off.


Beyonce always looks great. Even though she recently changed her hair color, her she always looks beautiful when she is in gold. I would put Bey in the Petite Metallic Brocade Shift Dress by ABS and pair it with theblack Cesare Pacotti #932510 available at couture.zappos.com . The only accessory I would add is some gold chandelier earrings. The shoes and dress are so amazing that I wouldn’t want to kill the look by over-accessorizing.

Megan’s style is very sometimey- sometimes she’s got it, most of the time she doesn’t. Either way, Megan has an amazing shape and loves to show it off. Megan would look great in the Bronze Jersey Mini by ABS. The shoe of choice is the Angels Diamond Sandal #5197 available at www.solefetish.com . In the photo they don't seem to match exactly but the sexyness of the shoe and the dress under the lights of the paparazzi would bring all the gold tones together. These shoes are the truth and would take Megan’s sexy to the MAX!!!!! She could even rock her favorite bamboo earrings with this look and still look fab!!!

Ne-yo Helping To Keep Grady Alive

I read something over on Sandra Rose's (www.sandrarosenews.blogspot.com) blog that both enlighted and saddened me at the same time. Those who live in Atlanta have been hearing about the financial problems Grady Hospital is currently experiencing. The hospital is in grave danger of closing it's doors by the end of the year if it doesn't get the more than $300 million it needs to come out of debt. Grady is the only Level 1 trauma center in the city- which means that if you are seriously wounded, injured, etc they are the only hospital in the city that have the equipment and experience needed to save your life.

Those outside of Atlanta may always hear rappers brag about being "Grady Babies"- meaning they were born in that hospital. This hospital takes in many of the city's uninsured and they don't turn anyone away, which is one of the main reasons they are in debt.

Sandra Rose has the story/ press release about R&B superstar Ne-Yo having a fund raiser to help raise funds to keep the hospital open. What boggles me is the fact that Ne-Yo isn't even FROM Atlanta. He just recently relocated to the city and opened a studio here within the past year. All of these other rappers/ athletes/ singers/ actors that are from Atlanta always represent the A real hard in the streets and in the strip clubs. Let's see if they can make it rain on Grady. It's a shame that an outsider has to come into the city and initiate doing something big to help the entire community. Here is an excerpt from the press release.

The artist was emotionally moved as he walked through the Neo Natal Unit, the Georgia Cancer Center of Excellence and the Emergency Care Center (the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the city) offering hugs and words of encouragement.

As he stopped to take pictures and sign autographs he shared, "This is so sad. With all the millionaires in the city; both in the entertainment industry, sports, and businesses, we can all do something to help."

Did Joc REALLY get robbed?

Ms. Sophia (V to the 1-0-333333333) got an exclusive interview from Yung Joc regarding rumors circulating that he was robbed of his famous "H" chain worth over $150,000 while at a nightclub in London. From what Joc told Ms. Sophia, he and T-pain were at a nightclub in London speaking with a young lady when a "football player-looking" guy came up and grabbed the girl by her neck. Joc said he knew there was going to be a problem so he REMOVED the chain and put it in the box he carries it in, which was then held by his manager Rico. The man poured his wine out of a glass he was drinking and then hit T-Pain's hype man with the glass. They then took the fight outside, just as r&b superstar Ne-Yo was arriving. (Ne-Yo wasn't at all involved in the altercation). Then, while outside of the club, Joc and his crew put an A-Town ass whoppin on the man that chocked the chick up.

So, basically, Joc DID NOT get robbed for his chain.

Hip-Hop vs. America vs. Video Vixens

Last night was the premiere of Hip-Hop vs America on BET!!!!!! The discussion got pretty heated with last night's guests including Nelly, TI, Benny Boom, and Michael Eric Dyson among others. http://www.allthatsfab.com/ is reporting that two of tonights guests will include former video vixens Karrine "SuperHead" Steffans and Melyssa Ford.....................we already know the discussion will be about the portrayl of black women in music videos. Time For Halloween

Fall has officially arrived and the next holiday we are looking forward to (other than Sweetest Day that is really popular in the MidWest) is Halloween!!!!! What better way to kick-off the Halloween season than to put a gremlin on the cover of Vibe Magazine!!!!! That's right yall. Lil Wayne is gracing the cover of the newest issue of Vibe. I think my son will dress up as Lil Wayne for Halloween this year. Hands down, he would get the prize for the most scary costume!!!!!!!............... I wonder if that's why Wayne wears sunglasses all the time..........................Light hurts the Gremlins eyes!!!!!!!! Someone throw some water on Lil Wayne and see if he multiplies!!!!!!!

YOU Do The Math: Usher Revisited

Usher had a fragrance launch party in NYC last night for his new He/She line. The party was attended by Beyonce, Martha Stewart, Ludacris, Nelly, JD, and others and even Mama Patton was in the building. EEK-MEEK was at the soiree but she wasn't attached to Usher's hip, like usual!!! She posed on the red carpet alone. I wonder if anyone has a recent photo of Usher, his mom, and Tameka TOGETHER since the "I Do's"?!?!? Mr. Raymond did have a ring on though- it was on his RIGHT HAND and more resembled the ring on top of his fragrances than his wedding band. YOU DO THE MATH:

The happy couple also announced at the party that they are having a boy!!!!!! YIPEE!!!!!!!! While this is big news and a surprise to most, they should've already KNEW the sex of the baby. You find out the sex of the baby during the 4th month of pregnancy, not in the middle of month 7 and Eek-Meek looks to be 4-5 months in the above photo and not the 7-8 that she claims to be!!!!!!!!!! Come on now- Stop playing. The soap opera continues..........................

Update:.................. Looking at a photo from the Fashion Rocks After-Party, that took place earlier this month, you can see the ring on Usher's left hand is the same right her wore last night- ON HIS RIGHT HAND!!!!! What married man wears his wedding band on his right hand? If you are going to wear it, put it on the hand it was intended for.

Big Boi Joins the Atlanta Ballet

Big Boi stopped by the Frank and Wanda Morning Show on V-103 this morning to talk about some big things he has been working on. He has just completed his verse on the "I'm So Hood" remix, which is supposed to be released later this week. The main reason for his visit was to announce his collaboration with the Atlanta Ballet and choreographer Lauri Stallings to merge ballet and hip-hop on the big stage for a performance that has never been seen anywhere in the country since the movie Flash Dance back in the 80's. This is the first time that hip-hop and ballet have come together on the stage for a show of this magnitude. The show will feature Big Boi LIVE on stage performing with the backing of the Atlanta Ballet and it is titled "BIG".

Approximately 36 Atlanta youth will premiere a 12 minute snippet of the ballet tonight. The full show will debut April 6, 2008 at the Fox Theater in Downtown Atlanta. When asked about Too $hort:

He is definitely a pioneer from Oakland, California… One of my favorite artists that comes from Oakland. It was wonderful. I wanted to get him on my first album, but it didn’t work that way. I had more creative control on this album…so I was able to do that.

You tried to get Foxy Brown on your first album and she shrugged you off a couple of times.

I surely would work with Foxy. That’s just the way it is when you come into this business. And business is business. It’s fine, I’m cool with that because I ain’t ever beg nobody for any attention. I actually had recorded one song that I was going to get Foxy on, but it didn’t really work out. I was in between songs like, “I don’t know if I really like it.” I didn’t end up doing it, but I would definitely work with Foxy.

Your first album really blew up. How long did it take for people to notice Keyshia Cole?
Two years out. The first single, “I Changed My Mind” came out—Kanye came through. He’s been a very good friend of mine. I recorded on his first album, actually. You have to put your work in. It’s not easy and you have to sacrifice some things in your life. The boroughs of New York City—that’s where we really started. “I Changed My Mind” was played here [in New York] first. I’m trying to figure out how I can word this right because I am from Oakland, but New York was really the first place to understand and take to my music. Then Oakland was like, “Wow, she’s from here?” And then it was on and crackin’.

Keyshia Cole........... Just Like Me..... CD Review

I have anticipated this CD for awhile!! I went straight to Target this morning to make the purchase. Keyshia has definitely went from "Hood Rat"
to "Mega Star" this time around. Her vocal range is ridiculous and her voice is so fresh and crispy. Don't front- you remember "Love" and the first time you heard it you said "Why is she screaming"?!?!? It sounded like she went straight into the booth and poured her heart out. She sings the absolute TRUTH. I guess having your heartbroken means that you produce an album like this. Let me find out that Jezzy is the new "K-Ci of Jodeci"
and he broke Keke's heart like K-Ci did to Mary!!!! This is Keyshia's "My Life" album!! This is a must have album!! No bootleggers. Ladies and some of you men will be able to relate to all of the songs.

1. "Didn't I Tell You" f/ Too $hort- Wipe those tears away and go pop bottles with your girls at the club and have fun. Ladies take that advice- put on your "Butt getting BIG jeans" and hit the scene.

Pregnancy- It does a Body Good!!!!!!

Nicole Richie was spotted out over the weekend celebrating her 26th birthday in a string bikini and showing her little baby bump. NicRich is 5 months pregnant and looks amazing. I don't agree with her having her belly exposed to all of that direct sunlight but I'm sure she had her 'sunblock poppin'!!!!! (spotted @ celebrity baby blog)



September is the month for ALL the celeb b'days. Lisa Raye, DeVante, Luda, Tity Boi, and NicRich are among those we have already celebrated. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to TI, who celebrates his birthday today, Lil Wayne who celebrates on Thursday, and Jeezy who celebrates on Saturday (I believe). Alicia Keys hit up 106 & Park yesterday to premiere her new video "No One". That emerald blouse is the absolute TRUTH!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!

Keyshia Cole, Missy Elliott, Lil Kim, and Jamie Foxx were also spotted at 106 & Park!!!!!!!!

Jamie always looks real fly!!!!!!!! I still ALWAYS see Wanda when I look at him :-)

Lil Kim was looking rather fabulous- for her!!!!! It's a major upgrade than what we have seen recently. She still looks like her face was attacked by a swarm of killer bees, though.

Keyshia looked great as well but she is killing me with the shoes..... She gets a pass- THiS TIME

My favorite "non-urban" celeb Victoria Beckham was spotted arriving in Tokyo to promote her new cosmetics line. She is a true fashion icon.

Today is a great day for me in the world of music and books. Jill Scott "The Real Thing Words and Sounds- Vol.3", Gorilla Zoe "Welcome to the Zoo", Jagged Edge "Baby Making Project", Keyshia Cole "Just Like You", and Karrine Steffans "The Vixen Diaries" are all being released today.

To my surprise, "The Vixen Diaries" has not been getting as much publicity as Karrine's first book. I can remember I went all over Atlanta on the day that book was released trying to find a copy. I think I will wait to see the reviews this book gets before I pick up my copy.

I have heard some of the tracks for Jagged Edge's latest project, their 6th cd, and it is definitely some baby making music. A bunch of babies will be making their summer debut in 2008 because of this cd. They are also said to be releasing another cd in May of 2008.

I am just a big fan of Keyshia Cole so I'm confident her sophomore release will be as good as or even trump her first release. "Let It Go" is my theme song and my jam right now!!!!!

Jill Scott, Gorilla Zoe, and Queen Latifah are all releasing cd's today as well so there is a wide variety of music that caters to all genres.

Big shout out to Sandra Rose and her observant readers Melissa and Mina. . . . It seems as though Usher was also spotted ringless on Martha Stewart a week or so ago and even SHE noticed the missing band. From what M + M commented, after Martha pointed out the MIA ring, Usher hesitated with his response and, after a commercial break, the ring was back on his finger and the camera panned to Eek-Meek, who was struggling to smile in the front row. I was at work so I missed the show and, honestly I don't think I would've watched Martha Stewart anyway. I do LOVE her candles though. Miss Nista also stated he wore the ring when he was on Ellen not too long ago. I know a ring doesnt symbolize how much love and dedication couples have for one another but to me it does show a significant level of honor and respect for your better half. His fans can make excuses for him all day long but let your significant other come home without their finger jewelry and see if you dont act a damn fool!

Peek-A-Booties

I am a bonafide shoe-nista. When it comes to fashion of the feet, I have a Ph-D. Just like when a doctor discovers a cure for a disease, when I discover a shoe that personifies the opitomy of style, the whole world is changed forever- well, maybe just ME!!!!! Needless to say when I came across the Givenchy Open Toe Ankle Boots, I almost had an org@sm- YES, it was that serious. I have never paid more than $150 for a pair of shoes (I'm extremely cheap) but I would gladly hand over my hard earned $554 for these.

Too bad they are sold out everwhere, for obvious reasons.

I think I have a serious infatuation with peek-a-boo booties. Even though they have just recently hit the fashion scene, I bought my first open toe boots over 4 years ago. They were BCBG Knee-High boots that I paid $100 for and I have never regretted making that purchase. I also own a pair of NYLA open-toe lace up booties that are to DIE for!!!!!! It's only been a little under 3 weeks since Mr Raymond tied the knot and ALREADY Ursh has been spotted WITHOUT his wedding band. Damn, are we the only ones who have noticed? He proudly displayed the ring just days after the wedding when he performed and chilled during the Fashion Rocks festivities. Usher even co-hosted an event with Barack Obama yesterday here in Atlanta and he proudly displayed the ring there but it was MIA at recent events like the release of his new fragrance and when he was spotted at Raheem DaVaughn's show in Atl. It even looked as though it was missing when he recently was inducted in the Georgia Music Hall of Fame, but thats unconfirmed because I didn't bother to watch the show and Usher was a no-show on the red carpet so I couldn't find any pics!!!!

I know in most normal marriages, a husband without a ring is a major NO NO but, hey, WTF has been NORMAL about this whole charade anyway? I'm sure his "people" may try to dispell the missing ring as a "sizing issue" or some other crazy made up bullish. YOU be the judge. My Verdict: I think this is another staged marriage like Brandy's make believe one. I won't believe it until I see the official marriage license......

Plaid- it isn’t just for private school anymore. Prints have been making a smooth comeback onto the fashion scene and this fall PLAID is the newest print to add to your "fall-drobe". The best way I can advise to experiment with this fad is the plaid pencil skirt. Fall is almost here and even though the blazing glare of the sun will soon cease and those brisk winter tempuratures will begin to set-in, urban folks have never allowed a little bit of cold weather to steer of sense of fashion!!!!!! Ryan Cameron Uncensored!!!!!

Congrats are definitely in order for Atlanta's own Ryan Cameron. Ryan Cameron announced on his radio show yesterday that he will begin hosting his own talk show. The show, conveniently named "Ryan Cameron Uncensored" will air on Friday nights beginning in November on the Starz network.

Developed by Point 7 Entertainment, Ryan Cameron Uncensored will be a late night talk show ful of comedy skits, on-the -street interviews, and a line-up of some of the top names in the entertainment industry including Snoop Dogg, T.I., Ciara, Ne-Yo, Thandie Newton, Chris Tucker, and Jamie Foxx, just to name a few. The show will also be very interactive with audience participation during the celebrity interview process.
Ryan Cameron and Point 7 Entertainment are making history by bringing a show of this magnitude to Atlanta for taping- Starz network is viewed by over 50 million people worldwide. Filming will begin this Monday in Atlanta, with 4- 30 minute episodes being taped.

Ecko Playing With Bond's Ball

Homerun King Barry Bonds was quoted today calling fashion designer Marc Ecko "an idiot". Ecko recently won the highest online bid making him owner of the historic 756th homerun ball. Ecko paid $752,467 for the ball and Bond's is upset because he has decided to allow the public vote online to decide the balls fate- being placed in the Hall of Fame; marking it with an asterik, to signify the steriod controversy surrounding Bond's journey to becoming homerun king, and sending the ball to Cooperstown; or sending the ball in a spaceship to outerspace. Ecko has reportly responded by agreeing to design a t-shirt exclusively for Barry with the statement "MARC ECKO PAID $752,467 FOR MY BALL AND ALL I GOT WAS THIS STUPID T-SHIRT". Classic. Voting ends September 25th and sorry but I didn't care enough to find the website.

We saw these photos on Sandra Rose's blog. I have a love-hate relationship with Beyonce. I love her look from time to time but I get so saturated with seeing photos of her every damn day that sometimes she just gets on my nerves!!!!!! Seeing her with a new look is a definite PLUS!!!!!! I am loving the new hair color. Miss Nista says BeyBey looks alot like Cassie in these photos and I would have to AGREE!!!!! Her face is a whole 'nother problem.

She looks very "plastic" in this photo. I sent the images to a good friend of mine, who is a well-known styling professional in the entertainment industry, and she says that it's alledgely looks as though Bey may have used make-up that was too light for her skin and that in addition to the flash of the camera lights is what is giving Beyonce the mannequin look. She also brought something to my attention that I hadn't even noticed. Recently, ever since Beyonce has been receiving MAJOR flack for her lace fronts not being applied correctly, she has been putting her hand up in the photos. To most, like myself, it looks as though she may just be trying to block the flash but to an industry professional with that HOLLYWOOD EYE it seems as though Beyonce has strategically placed her hand right above the "lace-front" in order to hide the hideous application!!!!!!!! I AGREE but you have to be your own judge!!!!!

"Black Out" for Jena 6

Tomorrow is a very important day in our civil rights history. As we all should know, 6 young men's civil rights have been severly violated in Jena, LA. Though most of us can't make the trip down to Jena, we here at StyleRazzi would like everyone to show their support not only to the 6 victims of racial injustice but join together to show that we all need to stand united as "many colors- one nation, one flag".

WE ARE ALL the Jena 6 and until there is racial equality for everyone in this country, we ALL will continue to suffer the pains of injustice. Remember to wear black tomorrow, September 20th. We send our prayers out to those making the journey and ask that you go in the spirit of peace and return home safely.

VH1 Hip Hop Honors Weekend

For the second year in a row, VH-1 has teamed up with New York & Company to bring the VH1 Hip Hop Honors Weekend. HHHW is described as a fun filled weekend of events, performances, workshops and exhibits that will take place throughout the five boroughs as a celebration of the heritage and impact hip hop has had on the world since its inception on the streets of New York almost 30 years ago. This year the 4th Annual VH1 Hip Hop Honors , which celebrates the style and culture of hip hop, is scheduled to be hosted by Tracy Morgan and will be taped on Thursday, October 4th at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom. VH1 will pay tribute to hip hop greats Tribe Called Quest, Snoop Dogg, Whodini, Missy Elliot, Teddy Riley, and Andre Harrell.

The Roots are currently on a VH1 Hip Hop Honors tour. The concert will conclude on Friday, October 5th at the Nokia Theater in NYC featuring MC Lyte, and Big Daddy Kane and it will officially kick off the Hip Hop Honors Weekend. The entire weekend runs October 5th-7th and will include over 20 hip-hop themed events throughout NYC. On Sunday, the campus of Long Island University will host the 2nd Annual Hip Hop Honors Celebrity Hoops. Player’s for this years "Old Skool vs. New School" game include Common, Lyfe Jennings, Matthew Knowles, CL Smooth, and Chubb Rock, just to name a few. Coaches and guests include greats like Salt n Pepa and Melle Mel, as well as model Melyssa Ford and FOL chick New York. Newcomer Chrisette Michele will be singing the National Anthem. Tickets for the game are $10 in advance and all proceeds will benefit the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club.

Expecting News.....

We have to add Jennifer "J-Lo" to the block of pregnancy. It has been confirmed that Jenny is about 12 weeks pregnant. It must be in the "Hollywood Water" to get pregnant this year. Needless to say I’m not drinking from that water fountain!!!! We wonder who will be the prettiest with the bundles of joy- "J-Lo" or "Halle". Either way it goes we are happy for them BOTH!!! Now Kim Porter can finally give "Jennifer’s" name a rest!!

"Do It With No Hands"

From news of the weird and bizarre..................... Snellville, GA- A man with no arms reportly kills a man. The ajc.com reported Tuesday that a man born with no right arm and a stupm for a left arm killed a man by "head-butting" him. On Monday, investigators say, a disabled artist known for painting with his feet charged across a street and head-butted his current girlfriend's ex-lover, 49-year-old Charles Teer of Snellville. Teer collasped and died moments later.
Police became suspicious of the crime when the man, William Redfern dialed 911 and drove to the police department. The men apparently lived across the street from one another and began arguing over some furniture that Charls Teer wanted to take with him. Allegedly he was planning to move to Florida and his ex-girlfriend, who is currently dating Redfern, had some items that he wanted to retrieve. The men argued on the phone and then the arguments turned physical when Redfern reportly ran across the street and kicked Teer. The men fought briefly before being seperated and then Redfern alledgedly charged at Teer and head-butted him.
After an autopsy was performed on Tuesday, it was later discovered that Teer died from a heart attack and not the head-butt. No charges have been filed b/c police say the "don't have enough to charge anybody".
Personally I think the man should be charged with something. I know I too would have a heart-attack if I got my ass kicked by a man with no arms!!!!!!! (source: www.ajc.com)

Fall Fashion Week!! My Hair

As we all know, summer will be over in the next few day!! Fall is approaching and we're looking for New Hairstyles to accentuate our faces- whether it be a new cut or color. We need to keep it fresh, clean and basic remembering that less is more. The ladies at Stylerazzi have found some new colors and cuts for the fall season. From short and sassy to long and classy!!! We've found simply styles that are very easy to maintain at home.
Fall brings out the earth-tone colors for the hair (meaning that
ruby-red hair is out and the brownish/red tints are in). Brownish/red
hair color accents the eyes and brings out your facial features. I
prefer Miss Clairol it's semi-permanent which lightens the hair and
is great for African-Americans because it doesn't have harsh
chemicals that unusually break-off and damage your hair.
Now, for those who have that "Tyra Banks" forehead going on, the hot
new look for the fall season are "Bangs"!!! These are a must have to
hide that forehead!!! Bangs give you that "Glam Look" and, when cut
right at the eyebrows, it will focus more attention on your eyes. Add
the perfect eyeshadow and mascara and your bang will be BANGING!!!!
My "Natural" sister's can go for the "Blow out" look which is very
"BIG" this season. I'm a huge fan of "Gigantic" hair and these
sister's have the right attitude and rock the style with Boldness!!!

Long hair is just long hair whether we achieve it with weave or we're
born with it. Long tresses usually mean a lot of work and therefore
the classic "Bun" is a must try. Its very easy- just get bobby pins
and get to work!!! Pin your bun up for work or for that after-work
cocktail. It's easy to maintain and did I say affordable.

achieve the "perfect look". I've found the perfect solution to

If you have been reading this blog on a regular basis, you know that I am the president of the high waist jeans fan club!!!!!! I SWEAR BY this look. I began wearing my HWJ last fall season. I love the way they accentuate my "coke-bottle" shape. The High waist flattened my tummy, lifted my ass, and made my legs appear longer than they already are. Now, with-in the past year, the HWJ went from being a red carpet nightmare to this season’s HOTTEST new trend. Thanks to celebs like Beyonce, Ciara, Rhianna, Kelis, Cassie, and Alicia Keys, this look, which was highly criticized when rocked years ago by Lauren Hill, is now taking the urban fashion world by storm.

I know we would've shut it DOWN and won all the challanges!!!!! This show right here was one of my absolute favorites!!!!!! You Can't Do That On Television- how I wanted to get slimed so bad!!!!! I looked through all the VMA photos I could find and I couldn't locate any of Kim actually at the awards but I was able to find a photo of her the night before partying it up at LAX nightclub!!!!! Needless to say, a bitch had a moment and it went a little something like this..................WTF IS GOING ON LONNIE RASHID LYNN?!?!? People Magazine has revealed it's top 10 picks for the Best and Worst Dressed 2007. Coming in at #1 is Beyonce- who they appropriately titled "The Showstopper"!!!!!!!!! surprise surprise!!!!! Luckily they completed the list and article before her MAJOR fashion faux paux on the VMA's. Jennifer Lopez "The Glamour Girl" was also on the list, along with Gwen Stefani and a bunch of other celebs who shall remain name-less on this blog b/c I don't agree. What were some of the WORST style trends for 2007 you ask? WHITE SUNGLASSES and SUSPENDER SHORTS!!!!!! I didn't see too much of either one of those styles on the urban runway this year so we avoided that MESS!!!!
Since I really don't agree with the list, we here at StyleRazzi have compiled our own shorter list of the celebs WE think deserve recognition and the 2 who really need to hire new stylists for 2008!!!!!!!


1) Beyonce- all in all Beyonce usually always looks ultra FAB whether in a Versace Gown, HOD dress, or a simple white tee and jeans

2) Alicia Keys- She has DEFINITELY stepped her game up to the max this year. Homegirl took out those braids, let her hair flow, and added the word SEXY to her description. She killed the game when she stepped on TRL with the high-waist jumper a few weeks ago.

3) Eve- Even though this chick has always done fashion in a MAJOR WAY, she stepped up her elegance this year and now has an air of sophistication inter-twined in her street style. She makes that ankle braclet looks so fly that it almost make ME want one!!!!!

4) Letoya Luckett- Letoya always looks like the homegirl next door. Her style is very simple and easy to swagger jack. Plus her make-up is always super natural on her flawless skin and she keeps the weave right at all times!!!!

5) Keyshia Cole- We just love Keyshia and the fact that she is NOT going to change her fashion for anyone. She is street. She is ghetto and she makes the look work!!!!! She gets double kudos for losing the red weave and letting her natural tresses shine through. Her new cut is the TRUTH and her style is going to be one to be reckoned with in 2008.



The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!! TYRA BANKS and GOLDEN BROOKS tie for that one!!!!!!! We don't even need to explain any further on that one- we can let the photos do the talking for us.

He is said to be developing an apparel line next.

Usher called into the Frank and Wanda Morning Show this morning to promote an event he has going on this evening at Macy's Lenox Square in Buckhead. From 4:30pm-7:00pm, he will be at Macy's signing the bottles for consumers who purchase them. He also stated that if you purchase one of the 75 limited $300 gift sets, you will receive an invite to a private reception with Usher. If you purchase the $125 gift set, you can get a photo with him.

Damn Diddy- It sure does SUCK to be you right now. First, your secret baby momma speaks exclusively to Sandra Rose (sandrarosenews.blogspot.com) and now, according the the New York Posts Page Six, MTV is refusing to air the new Sean Jean Fragrance commercials- which shows the Diddy gettin ghot and heavy with Jessica Gomez in a stairwell and a hotel room. A list of edits that need to be made have been sent to Diddy. Some of those things are "Diddy 'hiking up' model Jessica Gomez's skirt, putting his hands under her dress, and a scene where Gomez is holding another model's breast and pulling down her underwear. So far, Diddy has refused to edit his commercial.

Last night, Alexis Phifer, Kanye's fiance, had her fashion show for her line "Ghita". "Ghita", which translates to "pearl of the sea", is a line full of playfull dresses. Alexis gets her inspiration from every culture and all of the dresses use the finest fabrics and exude an unmistakeable sense of young elegance. Ghita is available at some of the finest retailers, including Henri Bendel. From what I saw on the runway last night, Ghita is a definite reflection of Alexis' own personal style which to me is always a MESS. To each his/her own. Hello Everyone! Once again Miss Nista is back!! This week is very
important. NO I'm not going to highlight the album releases of Kanye
West or 50 cent or Kenny Chesney !! My issue is WAY BIGGER!! than any
album sale. I find it a little disturbing that we are recognizing
album sales rather than focusing in on the true issue of this day, it
just goes to show how we as people sometimes for get about events
that shaped the world but we remember to pick that album- that's just
Nista's opinion .

Yesterday marked the 6th Anniversary of September
11. If we all think back on that day what exactly were we doing? For
some it was just another ordinary day. We got up, got the kids ready
for school, kissed them on their cheeks and said " I Love You" then
went to work thinking our day would be the same- not knowing for many
of them this was the last time they would see the loving faces or
feel their bodies to get that one last hug. For many people, when the
Twin Towers and airplanes crumbled to the ground, their lives went as well. All we could do was watch, wait, listen.

As the devastation
began which lead to The Iraq War, also known as the Occupation of
Iraq, [32] the Second Gulf War, [33] or in the U.S., Operation Iraqi
Freedom, [34] is an ongoing conflict which began on March 20, 2003
with the United States-led invasion of Iraq. (Source: Wikipedia). We
invaded Iraq to retrieve the "Weapons of Mass Destruction". These
weapons were supposed to be a threat to the United States. The only
weapon of mass destruction I've seen thus far is "President
Bush"(Nista's opinion). Let's not for get about all our Men and Woman
over there fighting for our beloved country they missed by their
families as well. In fact I found some things that can be sent in

need that hug.

Socialite turned Social-HOE Kim Kardashian took to the runway last night during NYC Fashion Week. she modeled for Heatherette. Heatherette was very instrumental in bringing the popularity of "Hello Kitty" from overseas and making it BIG here is the states. I had the opportunity to meet Richie Rich a few years back during LA Fashion Week and he is definitely a BIG wonderful personality packaged in this itty bitty person. That year, Paris Hilton modeled in their show and their designs were just as Over-The-Top then as they are now.

Kim also took some time out backstage to chat it up with her new role model, porn-star Jenna Jameson. I'm so sure they compared notes and tricks!!!!

Music Updates!!!!!

Jagged Edge was recently in NYC at Legacy Studios on September 6th for a listening session for their new cd "Baby Making Project". Trey Songz and JD stopped through to show their support. The cd will be in stores September 25th and from the leaked tracks that I have heard I think this album will be the TRUTH!!!!! And speaking of Jagged Edge, I am still very disappointed that their newest video didn't include Ashanti. I used to be a HUGE Ashanti fan but recently she has been continually over-shadowed by other R&B singers. She has been back on the scene alot more recently (VMA's/ Nelly's Black and White Affair/ Guiseppe's Re-Opening). Ashanti spoke with Extra TV over the weekend and said her new album, The Declaration, is set for a December release. Upon further research, I found that she is said to be working with a few producers and rappers on this new cd including Pharrell, Robin Thicke, Dr. Dre, Nelly, and Snoop. Ashanti will be on Live with Regis and Kelly on Monday, 9/17 to discuss the release of Resident Evil- The Extinction, a movie she is starring in that will be released 9/21, I believe. I'm excited about her new project. Hope she doesn't let me down, like Ms. Kelly!!!!!

Vera Wang is most noteably know for designing very high end merchandise- including exclusive wedding gowns for the rich and famous. Now, you can have your own little taste of Vera Wang without having to spend the big bucks. The line is expected to inclue apparel, home furnishings, intimates, outerwear and eyeglasses and will range from $20-$200. I went on www.kohls.com to take a look at some of the items. I can't say that I am impressed so far but we will see what the next few months have in store. I was able to find this blouse that I instantly fell in love with. Purple is fall's new IT color!!!!!!! The VMA Fashion Over-View

So, last night was the MTV VMA Awards live from Las Vegas. I believe that, like every year, the hype before the awards always leads to disappointment. The show is a 2-hour popularity contest and recap of who is MTV's favorites. The red carpet, flawed performances, and after-parties are always the BEST parts. People show their natural asses at these specific events and that is what gives us all something to talk about. Photos from the show are splattered all across the net today so here are the ones we felt deserved special attention- for all the right and DAW reasons!!!!!

Ashanti look fabulous last night but the minute I looked at her dress I thought "Beyonce". Ashanti just can't seem to escape that comparison. I know the outfits aren't exactly similar but they are close enough for me. Verdict- TRY AGAIN!!!

Common definitely gets my nod for Best Dressed Male. I think he is so over-shadowed so forget 50, and Luda, and Kanye- Common was the man of my night!!!!!

Eve- Get some damn sleep, boo boo. We know you want to make your face seen at every event but when the bags under your eyes are bigger than your boobs it's time for a nap. Verdict- Hoe sit down

Lil Mama- and you were invited again because?!?!? This is the EXACT reason one hit wonders should be banned from awards shows. They always act a damn donkey!!! Verdict- THIS WOULD'VE FIT IN MUCH BETTER AT THE OZONE AWARDS

FOL Chick- Her name doesn't even deserve to be mentioned. The fact that she is wearing stockings in Las Vegas in the summertime is PROBLEM #1. Verdict- Get your ass back on the hoe stroll where you belong.

Bey- This looks like one of Mama Tina's bright idea's, and we alays know how those turn out- JUST LIKE THIS- A HAM!!!!!!! Maybe she should start taking styling tips from RHIANNA or ASHANTI!!!!!! Verdict- We have come to the conclusion that Bey needs a CAT-SCAN. Due to her recent fashion faux-paux's and dumb ass comments I think the fall down those flights of stairs earlier in the summer gave this chick some serious brain damage!!!!

This is a PSA for all of my folks out there that own SUV's. I heard about this clip when I was listening to the Ryan Cameron show the other day and meant to post it but OOP's, I forgot!!!!!! Anyway, take a look at this clip. Once we get past the fact that the officer needs a serious tan and some chapstick, you will see that this scheme is definitely one you may have never thought of but it will make you think twice the next time you pull up to a gas pump. Usher won an award this weekend too!!!!!!!

Congrats to Mr. Foster!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!! No, seriously, congrats to Usher for being inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame during the 29th Annual Georgia Music Hall of Fame Awards . The ceremony was held this past Saturday, September 8th at the Georgia World Congress Center. Singer/ Songwriter Johnta Austin also received the Bill Lowery Horizon Award which recognizes up and coming talent with significant ties to the State of Georgia. The event passed by very quietly and was even broadcast on Georgia Public Broadcasting. I guess Usher needs to pick-up all of the awards he possibly can because his career will most definitely be over and done with if he can't out-do Chris Brown!!!!!! Usher has layed the blueprint for R&B Men but Chris Brown has set the standard !!!! Do yall realize this young man has ONE cd out!!!!!! Let me say that again- CHRIS BROWN HAS RELEASED ONE CD and the songs on that cd alone were enough to keep his career going for over 2 years!!!!! RUN THAT!!!!!!! Again, Congrats to Usher, Johnta, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and all of the other awards recipients!!!!!!

Fashion FLOPPED- your exclusive play by play

So i was extra excited to watch Fashion Rocks tonight. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Fergie looked the FOOL during both of her performances. Radio City Music hall was filled to the limits but the crowd was boring and oh so BLAH! Gwen Stef's Lamb clothing line is FIYAH! Expect to see alot more black and white color combos this fall season. Avril Lavigne had a nice dry performance- HEY HEY YOU YOU take that pink shit outta your hair and get some better choreography! Usher and Mary, I would rather watch Chris Brown and Keyshia Cole the new KING AND QUEEN! Am I the only one that noticed he WASNT wearing his wedding band? He has joined Britney as another large pop star that comitted career suicide right before our eyes. Jennifer Lopez was marvelous until she twirled and appeared to lose her balance. On a sidenote I hope the dude from Lost Boys gets PAID for her sampling that track Lights Camera Action. I tried to suffer thru and I lasted an hour. Maybe next year Fashion Rocks.....

Whoever it is, they need to cited for malpractice!!!!! With Tameka being damn near 40, she is a high risk pregnancy but this chick insists on wearing heels!!!!!!! What I WON'T Be Wearing This Fall

Two clothing lines quietly debuted last month. I think we missed this b/c we just started StyleRazzi in August or because no one really cared!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, Macy Gray debuted her "HUMPS" clothing line for full figured women. The photo is her wearing one of her designs. I'm not a full figured woman by any means but I don't think they want to walk around looking like little skater boys. I will have to give this line an "F"!!!!!!!

3-6 Mafia also released a clothing line called "Dangerus/ Skandulus" at the beginning of August. the clothing has skull designs (so old) on every shirt along with the " D S X" logo. So last night was the kick-off of the regular NFL season!!!!!! The Saints got CRUSHED by the Colts and made it very clear that they are trying to hold on to that championship title for another year!!!!!!! What was even more upsetting than the Saints and Reggie Bush losing so bad was watching and listening to Keyshia Cole sing the National Anthem!!!!!!

Ms. Cole has been looking amazing for the past few weeks. There were even photos floating around the web yesterday of Keyshia at the Kick-Off press conference rocking some lighter blonde tresses!!!!! So why the HELL she decided to throw som Shirley Temple curls on the top of her head for the performance is the biggest mystery to me!!!!!! Millions of people from EVERY demographic watch the NFL!!!!! When "Beyonce and Them" F'd up their NFL performance a few years back it almost ended their career!!!!!!!! The one clue to me that there was a problem was the fact that the camera barely even focused on Keyshia!!!!!!!

She did a good job singing the song. All the runs were a bit much but what should we expect- IT'S KEYSHIA FROM THE BAY AREA!!!!!!! The quality of the only video I could find on youtube is about the same quality of the entire performance- MEDIOCRE!!!!!!!

Last night was the taping of Fashion Rocks 2007 at Radio City Music Hall in NYC and everyone must've been SMOKING ROCKS before they hit the red carpet last night!!!!! WTF is going on here?!?!?! I'm appauled and disgusted. Only the men and a select few of our favorite ladies were able to keep it together last night, the rest of yall buppies look like my 7 and 3 year olds was hired to do hair, make-up, and styling and I'm not even going to down-play their talent like that b/c even THEY could've done better. It's Official!!!!! Halle is pregnant! We here at StyleRazzi would like to congratulate Ms. Berry on finally having a baby!!!! Ms. Berry is the only chick in the game that possesses " Natural Beauty" Please take note!!! We're pretty sure after the baby she will have her "Flawless" figure right back.

Usher continues to make MAJOR MOVES!!!!!

The AJC is reporting that Usher is selling his $1.9 million dollar home. The home is in an upscale suburb in swanky Alpharetta, GA, which is about 25 minutes north of the city of Atlanta. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and has a hair salon, exercise room, swimming pool, guest house, and recording studio and used to belong to Antonio "LA" reid. No word yet on where Usher and his new bride Tameka will be relocating to. I'm sure Tameka will be making all of the plans to uproot Usher far, far away from his mom, friends, and others he used to be closely associated with before they got into a relationship. Fashion Rocks 2007

This week is the coveted Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in NYC. Fashion Week is always attended by some of the hottest names in fashion and in music. There is an indirect corillation between what's hot on the runway, in the videos, and on the stage and Fashion Rocks celebrates that strong relationship between music and fashion.

Tonight, the 4th Annual Fashion Rocks concert will take place at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. Presenters include Jessica Alba, 50 Cent, Diddy, Tyra Banks, Kimora Lee Simmons, LeAnn Rimes, Max Azria and more. Tonight's event will be hosted by Jeremy Piven of the series "Entourage". The show will merge some of the most exquisite designers with the hottest models as they will strut down the runway to music performances by Jennifer Hudson, Martina McBride, Aerosmith, Avril Lavigne, and Jennifer Lopez. There will also be exclusive collaborations between Mary J Blige and Usher, Fergie and Ludacris, and Alicia Keys and Carlos Santana and it's been said that the performers will not necessarily be performing their own hits!!!!!

Be on the lookout for a special Fashion Rocks Magazine supplement that is accompanying the September issue of 17 magazines, including Vogue. Fashion Rocks 2007 is a 2 hour event which will air tomorrow night on CBS at 9pm est. Check your local listings for times specific to your region.

Expect to see a the coaches looking a bit more "tailored" on the football field this season. the NFL has passes a ruling allowing NFL coaches to wear a suit and tie on gameday. Since the NFL has an exclusive contract through Reebok to wear their apparel on the sidelines, Reebok has decided to eam up with Joseph Abboud to produce a special line of custom suits, sport coats, trousers, shirts and ties called the "Coaches Collection".
In other NFL news, tonight is the kick-off of the regular season and r&b diva Keyshia Cole will be performing the National Anthem during tonight's kick-off game in Indiana as the Colts take on the New Orleans Saints (oooohhhh Reggie Bush!!!!!). As much as we love to hate Tameka I do have to say she looked absolutely amazing in her strapless Vera Wang gown. Usher was looking quite dapper himself in his Giorgio Armani tuxedo. It's soft with a little edge and will guarantee a kiss on the check at least.

Hey!!!!!! I hope everyone enjoyed their extended weekend!!!!!!! We are still trying to get over the "Labor Day Hump" so there will be very few posts today while we recover from the weekend.

This weekend was very official. Diddy had his All White Party in the Hamptons, Ludacris had his LudaDay Weekend in Atlanta, also in ATL was Black Gay Pride Weekend and celebs like Eva Pigford and Eve among others down here for events, and in the midwest, Nelly held his 2nd Annual Black and White Ball at Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis......

Nelly and Ashanti look AMAZING together in this photo. Forget Jay and Bey, these two are the most adorable couple in hip-hop.

Ashanti looked stunning in her florr length black gown!!!!! She doesn't look like she put on that much weight. Maybe a little bit more "tummy action" than we are used to but she still looks beautiful.

I love how JD mixed it up with the black on black. I'm feeling this look. He does look a bit retarded in this photo like the little yellow bus dropped him off..........

And American Idol's Ruben Studdard was also in the building performing at the event. I guess he and Nelly met and became cool in Magic City. Ruben has been rumored to be up in Magic making in "drizzle" with his American Idol Money.........

Tomorrow is the beginning of the Spring 2008 Collection at Mercedes-Benz/ Olympus Fashion Week in NYC!!!!!! Fashion week is 9/5-9/12 and will feature invite-only shows from Miss Sixty, BCBG, Vera Wang, Lacoste, Diesel, DKNY, Anna Sui, Carolina Herrera and others.
