Tyler Perry is having the best month EVER!!!! While his movie stays at the top of the charts, he is off-screen fighting battles for his film co-stars and even battles in his personal life as well. Read on about the newest issue Tyler has been dealing with. According to the AJC:

After two years defending against various lawsuits and legal moves, Perry's lawyers are on the offensive. They have filed suit in Fulton County Superior Court seeking more than $250,000 in damages, at least $25,000 in legal fees and unspecified other damages from
Moreton Rolleston Jr.
The suit seeks a restraining order and contempt citation against Rolleston.
Rolleston said Tuesday he had not yet been served with Perry's lawsuit.

"Sounds like a lot of bull to me," Rolleston said.
The property in question consists of about 17 acres in Buckhead along the Chattahoochee River on which Rolleston's family home sat for more than 40 years.
Perry paid $9 million for the land two years ago. He bought it from an estate of a former client of Rolleston which had seized the property to help settle the judgments on two verdicts against Rolleston totaling nearly $8 million.

Since then Rolleston has sued Perry repeatedly in local and federal courts even though there's an order that bars him from filing more lawsuits contesting ownership of the property. Two weeks ago, the state Supreme Court disbarred Rolleston after 50 years of practicing law, contending he'd abused the legal system with his series of lawsuits and repeated appeals on the same issues concerning the case.
Gordon said Perry has tired of Rolleston's actions. The suit notes that Rolleston showed up at the property in September with deputies to try to evict the crews working on Perry's mansion. And, the suit says, Rolleston was observed two days later spying on the property from across the street.
